Limited Warranty:
Fellowes, Inc. (“Fellowes”) warrants Body Glove Mobile Accessories products (“product”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and does not apply if the product has been damaged or fails to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, alteration, or improper cleaning or maintenance. Any implied warranty, including that of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, is hereby limited in duration to the appropriate warranty period set forth above. In no event shall Fellowes be liable for any consequential damages attributable to this product. Fellowes’ sole obligation under this warranty or any implied warranty, and the purchaser’s sole remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement, at Fellowes’ option, of the product or any defective part. IN NO EVENT SHALL FELLOWES, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED ENTITIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING DAMAGE TO THIRD PART PRODUCTS USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MOBILE PHONES, MP3 PLAYERS, LAPTOPS, NETBOOKS, TABLETS AND OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES..
Warranty claims may be submitted via email to customerservice@bodyglovemobile.com or mail to Body Glove Mobile Accessories, 250 Dodge Avenue, East Haven, CT 06512. Make sure you include:
1. A copy of your purchase receipt (.jpg or .pdf if you are contacting us via email) with the seller name, purchase date and product name/part number clearly visible and legible. If the product name/part number are not on the receipt, include them in your correspondence.
2. The reason you are contacting us along with the product itself or images of the product (.jpg or .pdf) if you are contacting us via email.
3. Your contact info (name, address, phone).
Exclusions and Limitations
Replacement will be provided based on product availability. If product is no longer available due to discontinuation, Fellowes will provide the best available replacement product in lieu of an exact replacement. Limited Warranty does not extend to products purchased from online auction, liquidation or closeout sites.
Allow 48 to 72 hours after receipt for customer service to respond to your warranty claims. Our response will be delayed if you do not include all the required materials. You may not receive any response if the image(s) you include in email correspondence exceed acceptable size limits resulting in your email being blocked. We recommend you limit any attachments to less than 1MB total.
