LIMITED WARRANTY

Fellowes warrants Body Glove Mobile cases and headsets to be free from defects in manufacturing for one year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser, and does not apply if the product has been damaged or fails to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, alteration, or improper cleaning or maintenance. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. Fellowes’ sole obligation under this warranty or any implied warranty, and the purchaser’s sole remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement, at Fellowes’ option, of the product or any defective part. IN NO EVENT SHALL FELLOWES, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED ENTITIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. This warranty does NOT cover the replacement of any device or item inside or outside of the case.

 

To make a warranty claim, email customerservice@bodyglovemobile.com or write to Body Glove Mobile Accessories, c/o Customer Service, 1789 Norwood Avenue, Itasca, IL 60143. Make sure you include the following:

  1. A copy of your original purchase receipt (.jpg or .pdf if you are contacting us via email) with the purchase date and product clearly visible. If the product name is not on the receipt, include that along with the item number if possible.
  2. The reason you are contacting us along with images of the problem (.jpg or .pdf if you are contacting us via email)
  3. Your name
  4. Your address
  5. Your phone number
